What happens when you delete an eSIM
- It can't be downloaded again. Each eSIM installs once.
- Any data or days left go with it.
- Deleting doesn't refund anything.
What to do
- Don't try to install it again. It will say it failed.
- Talk to a human and include your order number (it's in My eSIMs → Order history).
- We'll check the eSIM with the network and tell you what's possible. Usually, a new eSIM is needed.
