I have signal bars but no internet

Bars mean the eSIM found a network. No data usually means roaming, the mobile data line or the APN.

Good news: bars mean the eSIM is on a network. Now let the data through. Check in this order.

  1. Data Roaming is on for the kimsim line. How.
  2. kimsim is your Mobile Data line. How.
  3. iPhone: Settings → Mobile Service → turn off Allow Mobile Data Switching, so the phone doesn't flip back to your home line.
  4. Restart the phone. Fully off, 10 seconds, back on.
  5. Set the APN shown in My eSIMs. How.
  6. Turn off any VPN while you test. Why.
  7. Last resort, iPhone: Settings → General → Transfer or Reset → Reset → Reset Network Settings. It keeps your eSIMs but forgets Wi-Fi passwords.

Still nothing? Don't delete the eSIM. Talk to a human with your order number and we'll check it with the network.
