Go to Sign in and use the email you paid with. We send a link and a 6-digit code. There are no passwords. If Apple or Google sign-in uses that same email, your eSIMs are already there.
"Hide My Email" and no eSIM?
Apple gave us a private relay address, which is different from the email you paid with. Sign out, choose Continue with email, and use your checkout email.
Where your eSIM lives
The QR code and install codes are on the install screen after you pay, in the "Your eSIM is ready" email, and any time in My eSIMs.
