You don't need to create an account to buy. We set one up from the email you used at checkout.

See your orders

1. Sign in with the email you paid with. No password: we send a code.
2. Open My eSIMs → Order history. Each order shows its date, amount and order number (like #AB12CD34).

Other places to look

• The "Your eSIM is ready to install" email.
• The install screen right after you paid.

Can't sign in?

Talk to us with the email you used, the date and the amount. Never send your card number.
