eSIMs can't be moved to a new phone. Here's what we can and can't do.

Getting a new phone

Your kimsim eSIM stays on the phone it was installed on. It can't be moved.

Mid-trip: keep using the old phone for data, or buy a new eSIM for the new one.
iPhone sometimes offers to transfer eSIMs to a new iPhone. Don't count on it working for a travel eSIM.

Tell us with your order number, so we know.
The eSIM is on the lost phone. We can't move it or send it again.
Refunds follow the usual refund rules: an eSIM that was already installed can't be refunded.
