Open My eSIMs. Each eSIM shows:
- Data left (or used today, on daily plans)
- Days left once the plan has started
- A nudge when you're running low
Days left
The days only start counting once the eSIM first connects at your destination. Before that, My eSIMs shows the plan length ("7 days, start on first connection"). After that, it shows days left and the end date.
Usage not updating?
Usage comes from the network and updates every 2 to 3 hours, so it can lag behind what you've actually used. Each card says how old the reading is. Leave yourself a little room.
- Just installed or just landed? The numbers appear after the first reading.
- Just topped up? The new data shows at the next reading. More.
- Still stuck after half a day? Tell us with your order number.
Your phone's own counter
Settings → Mobile Service (Android: Network → Data usage) also counts data per line. It counts from whenever you last reset it, so it won't match exactly.
We'll also email you when your data is nearly gone or your plan is about to end. Running low? Top up.
