What it looks like
kimsim charges show on your card or bank statement as KIMSIM. Depending on your bank, there may be extra letters or a town after it.
Find the order
Search your email for kimsim around the date of the charge. Look for "Your … eSIM is ready to install" from support@kimsim.co, and the payment receipt.
Sign in with that email and open My eSIMs → Order history. Every order is there with its date, amount and order number.
Ask around: someone else in your household may have bought an eSIM for a trip with your card.
Paid with Apple Pay? The email may be an Apple "Hide My Email" address that forwards to you.
Still don't recognise it?
Talk to us with the date and amount of the charge. Never send your card number. We'll look it up and tell you what we find. Please talk to us before disputing it with your bank, so we can check it first.
