Choose a network by hand

Your phone normally picks the network for you. If you have no signal, or one network is weak where you are, choose another by hand.

Which networks can I use?

The ones listed for your plan, on the destination page and at the bottom of your eSIM card in My eSIMs.

iPhone

1. Settings → Mobile Service → kimsim → Network Selection.
2. Turn Automatic off and wait for the list.
3. Pick a network from your plan's list.

Pixel and most Android

Settings → Network & internet → SIMs → kimsim → turn off Automatically select network → pick one.

Samsung

Settings → Connections → Mobile networks → Network operators → Select manually → pick one.

Afterwards

Switch back to Automatic when you move on, so the phone can follow the best signal.
