Hotspot isn't something we can confirm for every network, so check it before you rely on it. Try it on day one with a little data, not on the morning of a big video call.
How to try it
Turn on Personal Hotspot (iPhone) or Hotspot & tethering (Android) as normal, while kimsim is your mobile data line.
Watch your data
Everything the laptop or tablet does comes out of your plan. Laptops love a sneaky background update, and that can eat gigabytes. Pause updates and cloud backups while you're tethered.
On Unlimited and Day Pass plans, hotspot counts toward the daily full-speed allowance too.
